I made this cake for our youngest daughter’s birthday this past weekend. She has been begging her hubby for a new horse trailer and I thought this would be a big hit with her. It WAS! It was a bit stressful to make, due to I didn’t come up with the idea until about 2 days beforehand. That was cutting it a bit too close, since I also had other cakes that had to get done too! But, super please with it and learned a TON! Hope you enjoy it!
