Special order birthday cake from family in Nova Scotia. Vanilla cake carved into the shape of Nova Scotia. Iced in butter cream. Fondant rocks, graham cracker crumb sand, piping gel water. The lighthouse, Ospre (provincial bird) and Mayflowers (provincial flower) are all handmade out of gum paste.
