Long board Surf board is Lemon cake, Lemon filling, Lemon Buttercream, with Fondant finish. It is 30 inches by 9 inches in size. Sea Turtle made from RKT and Fondant/Gumpaste and hand painted. The sand is Brown Sugar and hand made chocolate SeaShells.
