Polka Dot Cake with a suprise inside too :)

Birthday Girl wanted a polka dot cake. Putting cake balls into the cake, based on tutorial from Rosie Cake-Diva and design based on cake used in tutorial from Easybaked.net. No age was able to be put on the cake LOL so I didnt put any on. I only put 3 candles on the cake :)
