Naoko came from Toronto to ask me a very nice sculpted cake to celebrate her 35th Birthday.
Naoko loves the nature especially the amphibians. The salamander is the spirit of fire and she explained to me the meaning of it, it is strength.
I enjoyed to design the very special structure of this cake. The body is a very delicious chocolate cake layers with orange – Cointreau buttercream filling for 25 peple.
