Cupcakes I put together for my daughter’s school (a PTA luncheon). They were having a “candy bar” and I thought some candy bar cupcakes were in order :) Rich, chocolate cupcakes with peanut butter buttercream, caramel drizzle, peanuts and a small chunk of a Snickers bar.
