My Very First Rifle Cake!

A family freind Tobi’s daughter was in hospital having a rough time after a hip operation, ( Charlotte has Retts Syndrome and is non verbal ) Danes birthday was coming up. I wanted to cheer him up as he was missing his mum and sister. I offered to make a cake for her son. He decided he wanted a Rifle cake. I havent made one before so it was a challenge.
I have now been asked to do another in October..YAY
