Made this fun cake featuring a “Baby Tigger” sugar art figurine for a little boy Shane’s first birthday recently. I wanted this Tigger figurine to be unique for this cake so I challenged myself to make him appear to be bouncing (standing) on his tail, with his legs up. To complement the scene, I also made a sugar tree topper with branches of royal icing piped leaves and Tigger’s favorite rubber tube swing hanging on one of the branches.
Special thanks to Jen of “A Flutter Of Fondant” who shared with me her sugar tree topper that inspired me to include a swing for Tigger. Have promised her a photo tutorial of my sugar tree topper made without RKT to be shared on her FB communitiy share page “A Flutter Of Cake Inspiration”.
