This wedding cake is a dummy cake made for a recent bridal showcase (in January). The design was taken from
*Wedding Cakes A Design Source *magazine, issue 42, spring 2012, a Squires kitchen Magazine Publishing.
This was my 3rd attempt at making roses, and first attempt at the filler flowers. The cake is covered in fondant with fondant ribbon and gum paste flowers. Pearl strand was purchased separately from Michael’s.
