Riley's Bugatti veyron with stig

This cake was for my friends son, last year he asked for a cake with the stig on it. It was the first fondant covered cake and first figure I’d done, it went pretty good. This year he asked for stig with a Bugatti veyron super sport ( he was quite specific about this).
So thanks to Riley testing my skills here my first car cake!
I’m very pleased with it though there are some improvements that could be made, I did mini stig as Riley is the stig, and he did sink a bit too.

The carving was the hardest part, it took a while to get right but I thought that most important. I used an embossing sheet to create the chequer plate effect board and used an airbrush to spray it black and then silver. I used confectioners glaze in spray for to gloss the car.
