This was my 4th TTC and I think i finally got the structure nailed down. Just have to make a few omore little tweeks to it. This is an Alice in Wonderland Theme, client stated what she wanted on each tier. She also put red roses on the top and around the tier edges and also had sparklers coming out of the top for the candles.
