Despite the muggy weather we experienced in Sydney over the weekend – and the horror of discovering three gi-normous air bubbles (they were literally each 4cm in diameter!) on my fondant covered cake the next morning…. I still can’t help but smile when I look at this photo.. just happy with how it turned out in the end :)
