Chattanooga Police Badge for a young man who is graduating from the academy today. Double layer chocolate cake. All of the details on the cake are hand carved and molded including the eagle, then airbrushed. The smaller gold details were hand painted. A lot of work but I really enjoyed it!

Really well done! It looks perfect! I haven’t tried the airbrushing. Is it difficult to get an even tone on the cake?

@Rachel….when it comes to airbrushing..it’s all about layers :-) You’ll usually need 4-5 coats to get it even but each coat is very light and if it looks spotty at first, then you’re doing it right :-)
