I made this cake for my son’s 17th birthday. He loves chocolate cake and I wanted to try my hand at ganache. The filling is a mix of cream cheese and Oreo biscuits, and the cake is covered in chocolate ganache.For decoration I painted fondant strips with leopard spots and topped the cake with shortcake chocolate balls.
