Roses Cake

Cake was inspired by a cake modthyrth on cakecentral.com did. Hers was based on a Peggy Porschen cake. Chocolate cake with Dark chocolate ganache, All roses and leaves are gumpaste/fondant. These pictures make it a little hard to gauge the size of this cake, it’s a smaller rose tower since I ran out of flowers but that pedestal is a 12inch round.
