Autumn inspired 1st birthday cake

3 – tiered cake with top tier being a carved fondant-covered pumpkin. Cake is buttercream covered with fondant and gumpaste details. Flavors included apple cinnamon with brown sugar swiss meringue buttercream, gingerbread cake with vanilla swiss meringue buttercream and pumpkin cake.
