I made this cake for my daughter. It took many months of planning as I was in complete fear the whole thing would topple over, but it didn’t!!
It was chocolate mud cake with chocolate ganache. The roof was made from rice krispie treats and then covered with fondant tiles.
It stood about 23” high
The many hours it took was incredibly worth it when my daughter woke on her birthday and saw her cake on the dinning room table!!! Her face was priceless!!!
