Mount Nelson Cape Town Wedding Cake

Red Velvet, Vanilla Rose and Chocolate fudge cake covered in cream fondant with applique work and handmade sugar roses, anthiriums, arum lilies, sweet peas, filler flowers and berries.

I am a self-taught sugar artist and LOVE what I do! Cake is always a happy occasion. It's a privilege to be part of a happy occasion and see someone's face light up.
