Here is a combination of double chocolate cupcakes filled with ganache and Madeira Sponge cupcakes filled with whipped mascarpone buttercream. Made for an intimate family gathering after the passing of my sweet gently Uncle two weeks ago. The coverings were done with fondant and royal icing detail .
