Another of my earlier cakes from back in 2010. This was a 50th cake for my dear friend and office lady. She loves the colour green and I just wanted to play and experiment so this is what I came up with lol!
Chocolate fudge cake with Italian Meringue Buttercream, Pettinice, Cachous hand painted with gold dust and alcohol. One of my very first peonies made with Pettinice with added cmc
