Sunflower Cake

Here is my first Sunflower! I made it for Michela’s 52th birthday, as  a gift by her colleagues. The cake is a sponge cake filled with chocolate pastry cream and chantilly cream, covered with chocolate ganache and sugar paste. Happy birthday, Michela!
