Thanks Dina
The LorAnn flavour Oil is just a highly concentrated oil flavouring I add it to Italian Meringue Buttercream to make a Cream Cheese Buttercream substitute for if a cake is covered with fondant and has to sit out for a couple of hours, as you cannot use real cream cheese but this Cheesecake oil, gives it a beautiful flavour that no one notices the difference, should be available worldwide

Thanks Kiwicakebloke, the best place to buy LorAnn oil from is kiwicakes.co.nz they have alot of different flavours in the cream cheese Buttercream use the Cheesecake flavour, Sandra from Kiwicakes is awesome to deal with & has a huge range of everything you’ll need, make sure you add it to Italian Buttercream I add 1 whole dram bottle to a mix using 8 egg whites, don’t make Swiss Buttercream it’s harder & not as safe if you’re covering with fondant , Swiss is OK if just Buttercream & kept in fridge until you need it then pull out for 1 hour before you need to cut it so butter goes soft again :-)

So clean, crisp, and elegant! Love the simplicity of the all white with just a little silver accent!

Kiwicakebloke I have added a quick recipe to CakesDecor with the recipe for the Italian Cream Cheese Buttercream that I use under Fondant as you can’t use my other recipe as you can’t have real cream cheese in it so here’s the under fondant version http://cakesdecor.com/Ciccio/blog/556
