Henry Lever Rifle

This cake was a labor of love, that’s for sure. It seemed like it took days to make this rifle. Gun is made out of rice cereal treats, cake, fondant and gumpaste and is 100% edible. Wooden box is made out of cake and covered in fondant, then brushed with cocoa powder to give it that wood look. This was the 3rd cake that I got to do with my friend and fellow cake designer, Deanne, from Cakes “I Do!”. It was great having her here with me for the week.
