I have not yet ventured into doing wedding cakes, but do want to get into in the near future. I decided to try things out on dummy cakes a couple of years ago to see how it would go and this is one of the results.
I decided to make it so it had a front and a back and for the purpose of trying things out, I decided not to secure the top to the bottom so that I could “mix & match” to see what myself and others would like :).
