I was asked to make a cake for our favorite Mexican Restaurant’s grand opening celebration. The Chamber of Commerce would be there for the ribbon cutting. I decided to make something different from the plain ole sheet cake. Each taco & burrito could be taken off the “plate” and sliced up separately from the base cake. All items were cake or icing and all edible.

The look on their faces was priceless!
