Harley Davidson

Harley Davidson Cake. For the topper I printed out a picture of the birthday boys bike (non edible), glued it to a cake board 6”, placed red fondant on the back side, then used a clay extruder to make the round “frame” for the front. I placed some flower wires at the bottom, used some white chocolate and “glued” some straws onto the wires. The chocolate flames were made with white, red and yellow chocolate melts. I started with white on the bottom, yellow in the middle and red on top. I then took a small spatula and made allot of swirls until it looked like fire. Then I popped the chocolate into the frig for a bit, then broke pieces (panels) off and used a bit of icing to attach them to the sides of the cake.
