This cake was made for the son of a very dear friend. I was so nervous about making the figures, but when I was done I was so happy with how they turned out. The idea of making Mario was daunting enough, but Bowser Jr. just scared me! When I saw them coming together, I was thrilled (and relieved!). The overall finished cake, admittedly, did not have a great design, and was not as clean as I would have liked, but the birthday boy was so happy with his cake, that was all that mattered in the end!
