New York Skyline Wedding Cake

This is a 3 tier wedding cake that I set up for a wedding at Coltsfoot Country Retreat in Hertfordshire. It’s made up of 9”, 7” and 5” tiers of victoria sponge. The wedding was New York themed so I created the NYC skyline graphics and then printed these on my edible printer.The heart topper is made from rice crispies and marshmallow and covered with sugar paste.
