Country Cottage and garden

I really enjoyed making this cake, a cake of firsts for me! The base is a 9” square dark chocolate mud cake with milk chocolate ganache, the house is a white chocolate carved mud cake with white chocolate ganache, the decorations and thatched roof are a combination of fondant and home made royal icing. All surrounded by individually cut cadburys fingers!

I have never made mud cake, ganache or royal icing before so I am pleased with how it all turned out!
