This was the first time I have ever tried my hand at a cake with internal structure. It was great fun and the response from the recipient was amazing and so work all the hard work! All totally edible including the chain around his neck.

Internal structures scare the hell out of me, but they effect they have on the cake is so dramatic it’s worth all of the stress… look at your chicken, standing all proud on his skinny chicken legs! Kudos! Sam, Scrumptious Buns
