the original plan for this cake was for isomalt gems but the rain and the humidity (we are flooding) sent them to crystals Hand rolled fondant to mimic part of the beading design on the wedding gown coated in silver disco dust -- Sugarart Cakes, Taree/Forster NSW Aust.
