Dracula!

This is a chocolate and coffee cake covered in a rich chocolate fudge frosting with a fondant top. Dracula is hand made and entirely edible even down to the ‘chain’ holding his cloak together! The purple roses are to give it more of a girly feel as I made it as a birthday present for a lovely friend
