From the first moment I saw the “LOVE” cake by Eat Cake Be Merry, I immediately knew I had to use the concept for a thank you cake for the teachers at my children’s school. I ran into a number of problems with this one but in the end, I was happy with it. This is a 10” chocolate and vanilla cake with vanilla frosting covered with fondant and topped with a hand sculpted fondant figure sitting on a 6” cake board.
