This bag cake was made by following the fabulous Elisa Strauss class on craftsy. It started life as an 8×10” vanilla cake, filled with vanilla imbc and was then carved and covered in milk choc ganache. I’ve made little scissors and a 21 to go in the pockets as it’s for a hairdresser, but I actually prefer the cake without the bits!! lol!!
