I am really a bad wife. I really didn’t have the time to do a fancy cake for my Husband, so I ended up doing this small present cake for him. I did make it an extra special flavor: Sour cream Blueberry cake with a cheesecake and blueberry filling. Cake is covered in marshmallow fondant.
