My trial run at a giant Jaffa Cake cupcake went down well with the Birthday girl. Fluffy vanilla base, Chocolate fudge top and yummy tangerine jelly in the centre.
Beautifully decorated with a floral theme and swirly board.

Sounds yummy and looks even better. I’ve just bought a giant cupcake tin and I’ve been looking for inspiration. This has just given me the reason to try it. Thank you xx
