This was my 1st tiered cake, this year.
It was made 4 a true chocoholic!! :D
Denture Cake: Chocolate Genoise with Chocolate Mousse Filling.
Textbook Cakes: Chocolate Mud Cake.
Graduating Molar: Chocolate Cookie Ball.
Getting each element done was by trial & error method. So, it took me a lot of time 2 get it done. And not 2 mention, getting the structural support of the tiered cake was kinda tricky.
There’s always a 1st time 4 everything…… Doing this cake was truly a learning experience.
