Made for a friend, my first wedding cake! Bottom two tiers are choc fudge cake with white choc BC, and the top tier is a dummy (bride only wanted two tiers, but preferred the look of three for a wedding). It’s the most satisfied I have ever been a cake; everything went so smoothly!
Unfortunately I was unable to find out who the original designer was.
