I made this for a lovely girl who was turning 16. I have struggled to find a purple food colour that I actually like in the UK – and sugarflair have brought out a new purple, which I mixed with the wilton purple. I really was pleased with the end colour.

I think they do online stuff as well – I bought them at the NEC last year. They come to all the Cake International shows – so if you get a chance I think there is going to be one in Manchester soon – which would be your nearest show.
