I got the inspiration to make these cupcakes from the wonderful Jo Wheatley’s Passion for Baking (amazing book.) These very chocolaty cupcakes are a Family favorite! The broken pieces of Chocolate on top of the cupcake can be anything you would like, I choose to do Glace Cherries, Flaked Almonds and Marshmallows. -- lulusbakery
