I couldn’t believe that I was asked by Cake Central to make a “Secret Garden” themed cake for their magazine!!
We had to make an all butter-cream cake, something I had never done before, but it turned out much better than expected!!

The vines running up the cake are made from a “Renshaw” Chocolate fondant…
…my goodness, it’s the best chocolate fondant I have ever worked with, and it
rolls so well, and it tastes soo nice!!
