Royal Hat Cake
My customer ordered a cake that looked like a hat for a friend who really loves hats. This cake was inspired by many of the hats worn by Queen Elizabeth. 8 inch topsy vanilla cake with coconut buttercream, finished in buttercream with fondant accents.
The picture is not the best (camera issues).
