Made these two Chocolate Grand Marnier cakes for Christmas dinners. One for my family’s Christmas Eve dinner and the other for my husband’s family’s Christmas day dinner. Both cakes were covered in white fondant, and wrapped in a ribbon. One had crystallized fruit on top, the blueberries and cranberries were real, but the fig I made out of fondant as I couldn’t find any figs at the grocery store. The second cake had a winter penguin and tree with some icing sugar snow.
