This 8 tier Stacked Cake was covered in a White Belgian Chocolate Paste with a large cascade of white chocolate pearlized roses and leaves. Starting with a 6/8/10/12/14/16/18/20 rounds, top two tiers traditional English Fruit Cake and the bottom 6 tiers all various sponge flavours. The cake had to be assembled on site and then decorated with the roses. It took approximately 4 hours to assemble and the assistance of 2 stewards to carry all the cake tiers inside the venue. Nerve racking with the staff setting the room and the family of the bride watching over my shoulder the entire time. Rockcliffe Hall Hotel, Darlington, England
