This is a 5" and a 6" carrot cake for a good cakey friend of mine. It’s studded wtih rum soaked saltanas, and chopped walnuts and pecans, with layers of orange imbc. Covered in milk choc ganache and then topped off with a hydrangea posey made by following the fantastic craftsy class by PetalSweet cakes!!
