Shoebox cake for my 40th birthday

I made this cake for my 40th birthday. It was really challenging as I hadnt made a large shoe,shoe box or even a square cake before. This was actually the 4th shoe I made as they kept breaking in half!

Well done. I know how hard they are to make. I did the same for my 60th. (+ a square cake with a Radley handbag on!) Your flowers are pretty too.

Just a hobby baker but love seeing other people's work & aspire to creating something as beautiful one day.
