Mermaid Dora the Explorer Cake

Mermaid Dora the Explorer Cake. Oh My goodness did this cake test me …. not because it was challenging but because of the heat (41C) and humidity which I am sure was up at around 100%. I just could not do anything aircons on had fans blowing directly on the cake and it was just condensating like anything (Which is why it looks soooo shiny). I did not use any water / glue to stick on the “sea life” and in the end I had to call it quits and leave it like it is (I wanted to put a stack more bits and pieces for under the sea on) cause everything was melting in my hands…. It was for my daughter’s birthday and she loved it which is all that matters but I am really would have liked to have added more …
