This is the biggest cake i´ve done so far. It was for 300 people. I made it for the 6th anniversary of a TV show in Mexico.
Each tier is a different flavour: vainella, chocolate, marbled, lemon, orange and walnut.
As i was assembling it, it almost fell down!!! I know now i should have made the structure first, with a wide wooden stick or something!! duh!!
But we saved it and everyone liked it very much.
