Rustic buttercream wedding cake, had to make the top layer non dairy, so found an amazing meringue icing recipe without dairy or processed sugars. I was thrilled, so was the bride. Ultimately they had a spun sugar nest with 3 eggs with their names &thier son on the top, too cute.

Thank you, was a bit nervous because I had never done 3 tiers in just buttercream, was very worried about it standing up in the Australian summer!
