Made this cake for the ruffle competition. I have wanted to do the rose ruffle for a while. I am so happy I had the excuse to make a cake using this technique.

Absolutely GORGEOUS! I am very new to decorating so I am still trying to figure out the medium. Buttercream? What tip? Would love to see a tutorial on this one……it’s a killer!!!
